Math & English Tutors Needed (14 to 40 Hours a Week)

For 25 years, stellar graduates of America's best universities have joined together to provide a high quality one-to-one tutorial education for a largely African American population for whom it otherwise would not be available. Many of our tutors have simultaneously taught at one or more of Chicago's numerous colleges and universities. We can provide you with security while you finish your dissertation or work toward a tenure-track position. You must be able to teach arithmetic, geometry, trigonometry, two years of high school algebra, reading, and English composition to elementary, secondary, collegiate, graduate, and adult students. Tutors who can also teach more advanced math, college level science, academic business subjects, Latin, French, or Spanish are especially encouraged to apply.
